As our ongoing mission is ‘to deliver the highest quality of service to our Clients whilst continuing to develop and bring out the best in our people’ we offer candidates serious progression opportunities within our Business Development Programme.

The Business Development Programme is structured to enable candidates to develop leadership skills in preparation for managing a team of 20 – 25 people. Ideally designed to take between 12 and 24 months the programme helps individuals acquire and develop innate skills. Each candidate is provided with the same level of training, mentoring and support, but most importantly has the opportunity to progress at a rapid rate. Goal setting is crucial to this development process to ensure that each individual is achieving the standards that they wish to attain. Appraisals and examinations are undertaken at regular intervals to review progression rates so training and development requirements can be adjusted accordingly.
