Graduate Opportunities

AML Marketing Ltd is now looking for 8 highly ambitious graduates to train intensively for a 12 to 24 month period within our Business Development Programme.

The role will involve acquiring a new customer base for world market leaders. You will be advising customers on a portfolio of branded products and services whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. As your leadership qualities improve throughout the Business Development Programme you will be required to manage a team of 15 to 20 people with the full support of management. Further responsibilities will include setting and monitoring team targets, conducting meetings and sales impacts and adhering to a pre-allocated budget. Once you have been fully trained you will have the opportunity to manage one of our new office locations in the South East region.

In order to apply you must be ambitious, enjoy a varied day and thrive on problem solving. Great communication skills are also essential.

A valid passport is advantageous for this career opportunity as some overseas conferences will play an integral role within your development.
